As the 5th Annual Bend & Blaze Niagara, our wellness retreat was created to raise the awareness of plant medicines in the wellness community and reduce stigma in Niagara and beyond. We aim to build a safe, inclusive space for like-minded individuals to gather, share, and help reduce the stigma surrounding plant medicine in Niagara and beyond, while incorporating yoga and holistic wellness practices.
